New Specialist Noel Torres, M.D., Joining Cookeville Regional and Tennessee Heart

Cookeville Regional Medical Center proudly welcomes cardiologist Noel Torres, M.D., to its medical staff, bringing the number of cardiologists at Tennessee Heart to 11 on staff.

Dr. Torres joins the medical practice of Tennessee Heart along with fellow cardiologists Mariano Battaglia, M.D., Stacy Brewington, M.D., Alex Case, M.D., Vert Cornielle, M.D., Brian Dockery, M.D., Tim Fournet, M.D., Carolos Podesta, M.D., Chris Adams, M.D., Scott Reising, M.D., Yan Yatsynovich, M.D., as well as electrophysiology/arrhythmia specialists Mark Wathen, M.D. and William Wassynger, M.D.

Dr. Torres received his medical degree in 2013 from the University of Montemorelos School of Medicine in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He did his residency at the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Medicine in Kansas City, MO. He also completed a fellowship in Preventive Cardiology at the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Medicine and a Cardiovascular Diseases fellowship at the University of Kansas Health System.
