CRMG Cardiology Continues Serving Patients Across the Region

Cookeville Regional Medical Center (CRMC) remains committed to providing comprehensive cardiovascular care close to home for patients throughout Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. Patients of Timothy Fournet, MD, FACC; Noman Lateef, MD; and Yan Yatsynovich, MD, FACC can continue care with their cardiologist without interruption through Cookeville Regional Medical Group (CRMG) Cardiology starting July 1, 2026, at 127 N. Oak Avenue, Suite A, Cookeville, Tenn.

As the working structure of the long-standing relationship with Tennessee Heart changes, patients will continue to have access to trusted cardiology care. Beginning July 1, 2026, some Tennessee Heart physicians will transition to Stern Cardiovascular, PLLC. At the same time, Dr. Fournet, Dr. Lateef, and Dr. Yatsynovich along with the advanced practice practitioners will continue providing heart care with CRMG Cardiology.

Under Cookeville Regional Medical Center’s umbrella, CRMG cardiologists will work closely with primary care providers, the CRMG Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeons: Dr. Timothy Powell, Dr. Billy Parson, and Vascular Surgeon Dr. Michael Sywak, The CRMC Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Center, Cookeville Regional Cardiac Imaging, along with other referring providers and members of the care team to support shared records, provide clear communication and smooth transitions of care. This integrated approach helps ensure patients receive timely, local care from referrals through follow-up.

Patients of Tennessee Heart will soon receive a patient letter regarding the transition to continue receiving cardiology care seamlessly.
