Cookeville Regional Welcomes Dr. Taylor Dennison
Cookeville Regional Medical Center proudly welcomes Taylor Dennison, M.D., orthopedic surgeon to its medical staff. He has joined Tier 1 Orthopedic and Neurosurgical Institute.
Dr. Taylor Dennison received his medical degree from the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine in Rockford, IL. He completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, and a fellowship at the Florida Orthopedic Institute in Tampa, FL.
