New Orthopedic Surgeon Joins Cookeville Regional

Cookeville Regional Medical Center proudly welcomes orthopedic surgeon Kenneth Grinspun, M.D., to its medical staff.  He has joined the practice of Tier 1 Orthopedics.
Dr. Grinspun earned his undergraduate degree at M.I.T and his medical degree from the University of Virginia. He completed his Orthopedic Surgery residency in Jackson, Mississippi. He has completed an AO fellowship in Jackson Hole, WY and is a certified Sports Medicine specialist. During his training, Dr. Grinspun served as a team physician for Ole Miss. 
His current specialties include sports medicine and the newest techniques in arthroscopic shoulder and knee surgery. His interests include rotator cuff repair, shoulder replacement and ACL reconstruction. He also has experience with hip & knee replacement, broken bones and worker’s compensation.
Dr. Ken, as he is known by many of his patients, grew up in the Roanoke Valley in southwest Virginia. After his training, he built successful, patient-focused orthopedic practices in Tupelo, MS and Memphis, TN. Then he visited Cookeville and knew right away that he and his family were home.
