New Foot and Ankle Surgeon Joins Cookeville Regional

Cookeville Regional Medical Center proudly welcomes foot and ankle surgeon Christopher Juels, DPM, to its medical staff.  He has joined the practice of Tier 1 Orthopedics.
Dr. Juels earned his doctor of podiatric medicine degree from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa, in 2015. He completed his foot and ankle surgical residency at Wheaton Franciscan St. Joseph Hospital in Milwaukee, Wis. He received trauma training at the University of Missouri and total ankle replacement training with Shasta Orthopaedics in California. He then completed an advanced foot and ankle reconstruction fellowship at The CORE Institute in Phoenix, Ariz. During his training, Dr. Juels earned a number of awards and honors. 
Dr. Juels has specialized expertise in total ankle replacements, hindfoot and ankle reconstruction, foot and ankle trauma, sports injuries, Charcot reconstruction, ankle arthroscopy, adult and pediatric flatfoot reconstruction, forefoot reconstruction, and minimally invasive surgery.
