Dr. Casey White
Dr. Casey White received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Pharmacy in 2001 and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis in 2014. Upon completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency in 2002, Dr. White came to Cookeville Regional Medical Center to build the clinical pharmacy program, and he is now the director of the department. Dr. White maintains board certifications in pharmacotherapy, nutrition support, critical care. Dr. White is highly involved with the Tennessee Pharmacists Association, Tennessee Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. He currently serves on the board of ASHP as the Chair of the House of Delegates. Dr. White is also a member of the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Dr. White is a faculty preceptor and associate professor for the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Pharmacy, Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy, and Union University School of Pharmacy and currently serves as director of the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency program.
