Communications and Marketing Manager

Type: FT
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Hours: 8a-5p, M-F
Experience: • 5+ years of marketing/brand/communications experience preferred. • Demonstrated experience with all types of social media and digital media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads etc.) o Experience in graphic design a plus • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web content management systems experience • Experience in healthcare field preferred, but not required.
Description:

The position will provide leadership and oversight in developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies for Cookeville Regional Medical Center. This position works in partnership with the Chief Strategy Officer and Brand Team, and will organize and direct the marketing, branding, external communications, advertising, media relations, video and photography content, and social media and digital strategy. The end goal is to develop and build consumer preference and demand for Cookeville Regional Medical Center. This position will also lead the marketing strategy and planning in support of service line growth initiatives for the hospital.

A wide range of creativity and latitude is expected in this as it works collaboratively with all departments to ensure all collateral materials, advertisements, communications (Digital, visual, and print), and activities accurately reflect and support brand and message expectations.

This position will be a part of the brand team.
