Hours: 7a-3:30p, Varied
Experience: Previous experience in a medical setting involving clerical and basic medical terminology preferred. Able to provide precise secretarial assistance to customers, coworkers and supervisors. Demonstrates ability to handle emergency situations in a prompt, precise and professional manner. Able to successfully operate office equipment and perform data entry tasks. Able to accomplish several tasks at a time. Has a grasp of root words in medical terminology. Able to work well under pressure of deadlines. Able to successfully interact with computers making use of software programs, data entry, archival and retrieval applications. Able to demonstrate the understanding of continuum of care, customer recovery, and advanced customer service.
Description:

This position is responsible for performing secretarial, clerical, communication, customer service, basic medical terminology, interacting directly with the clerical and clinical staff.
Personnel in this position must understand and operate information systems software including, but not limited to Electronic Medical Record and the copy/fax system. This position is also responsible for exercising judgment while performing services in a demeanor complimentary to customer service and medical ethics. Other duties as assigned.

LPN

Type: PRN
Education: Associates in Nursing required.
Hours: VARIED
Experience: Experience in home health preferred or 1 year hospital experience. One to three years healthcare preferred.
Description:

This position is responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients of the agency they will assess, treat and care for patients demonstrating an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological maturation process; and coordinate care planning with other disciplines. Oversees the work of other professional and non-professional personnel. This position will provide services to geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric, and infant patients. Occupational Therapist

Type: PRN
Education: B.S., M.S., or Doctorate in Occupational therapy from an accredited program. Must be able to read and write English.
Hours: VARIED
Experience: Experience preferred but new graduates are acceptable. Candidate must have current licensure or be eligible to apply for licensure in the state of Tennessee.
Description:

Candidate needs to have effective oral and written communication skills with all age groups and educational level. Candidate needs to have good organizational and problem solving skills and takes responsibility for own actions. Candidate emphasizes excellence in patient care and customer relations.  Candidate must be able to interact with all age groups, educational levels, and people with medical or cognitive problems in an effective, pleasant, curteous, and respectful manner. Candidate is willing and able to be flexible and versatile in role functions. Candidate is able to handle a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment while providing excellent quality of care. FIM Certification within 90 days.

Registered Nurse

Skills: BLS required at hire or during orientation, IV qualified. Valid TN Drivers License
