Case Management


Type: FT
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred. Master’s Degree preferred. Any required education/certifications required by the state of Tennessee or other regulatory agency.
Hours: 8a-5p
Experience: Five years’ supervisory experience required, preferably in related field.
Skills: Must have an aptitude for problem solving. Experience and basic knowledge of computer software including word processing and spreadsheets. Must deal with organization, personnel and public demands. Able to deal with constant pressure in changing environment. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, diplomacy and tact. Demonstrates personal traits of a high level of motivation, team orientation, professionalism and trustworthiness. Places a high value on treating others with dignity and respect. Maintains technical competence to perform functional responsibilities as needed.

Plans, directs, and manages overall operations in his/her department.  Conducts ongoing analysis, development and implementation of methods, systems and personnel to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of administrative and customer services in particular departments.
