Resident Nurse

Type: FT
Education: Associates in Nursing required minimum. Bachelor’s preferred.

Description:

This position is responsible for providing professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process within an assigned unit; assesses, treats and care for patients demonstrating an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological maturation process; coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Oversees the work of other professional and non-professional personnel. Other duties as assigned.

RN/LPN

Type: PRN
Education: Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse Diploma Required.
Hours: VARIED
Experience: 1-3 years experience preferred.
Description:

This position is responsible for providing professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process within an assigned unit; assesses, treats and care for patients demonstrating an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological maturation process; coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Oversees the work of other professional and non-professional personnel. Other duties as assigned.

 

 

Nursing Director

Type: FT
Education: BSN required or Registered Nurse license with affiliated bachelor’s degree.
Hours: VARIED
Experience: 3 years minimum clinical experience with 1 year prior supervisory experience preferred.
Description:

Director will be responsible for supervision, coordination, and leadership of daily operations of the assigned clinical area.  Maintains quality patient care in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and accreditation standards. This includes interpreting policies and procedures, standards and regulations, and adjusting staff for adequate coverage. Accountable for unit-level implementation of hospital policies and procedures. Assures their unit/area of responsibility is aligned in achieving the organizational expectations/goals related to the organizational priorities and strategic objectives with focus areas of exceptional clinical quality outcomes and patient experience, safety, community, growth and finance.

Patient Care Associate

Type: FT
Education: High school graduate (or have minimum of GED). CNA Certification preferred. CNA required at Inpatient Rehab.
Hours: 7a-7p, 7p-7a , Varied
Experience: Prior experience in a hospital setting preferred. No minimum required.
Skills: Able to read and write English. Clinical skills to perform basic nursing care. BLS current or within first 90 days of employment.

This position is responsible for performing basic and advanced Nursing Assistant skills under the direct supervision of an RN/LPN according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines within the department and the Medical Center.
