Cookeville Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is proud to announce the launch of its new Patient Financial Experience (PFX), a streamlined, secure system designed to give patients greater control and flexibility over their healthcare payments.

With PFX, patients can now manage their payments on their mobile device, tablet, or desktop in a way that best suits their needs. Whether paying in full or setting up a payment plan, PFX provides an easy and secure way to pay medical bills. The system also offers the convenience of communicating via text, making transactions faster and more accessible.
