Must be able to interpret Spanish and English with our patients and medical staff in a proficient manner. Will provide clerical support to the Customer Service Manager.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma required.
EXPERIENCE: Interpreting Spanish and English in a medical setting or related field required.
SKILLS: Fluent interpreting skills to include Medical Terminology. Must be detailed oriented, able to work both accurately and quickly. Knowledge of general office procedures, proficient keyboarding skills, knowledge of general office equipment. Experience of and basic knowledge of computer software including word processing; and the ability to learn new software quickly. Must process ability to work well under pressure, to function independently, and to be flexible in applying knowledge to a variety of situation. Must deal with organization, personnel and public demands. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, diplomacy and tact; demonstrates personal traits of high-level motivation, team orientation, professionalism, and trustworthiness. Places high value on treating others with dignity and respect.
