Description:

This position is responsible for assisting the Business Development department with clerical duties.  Position is also responsible for teaching BLS and/or CPR classes as required.

EDUCATION:       High school diploma or equivalent is required. BLS and CPR Instructor certification.

EXPERIENCE: Pleasant personality and ability to work independently.

SKILLS: Must deal with organization, physician, patient, family, personnel, and public demands.  Must have strong written and oral communication skills with ability to problem solve and prioritize and adapt to rapid change.  Basic knowledge of computer software for word processing, spread sheets and other necessary programs.  Ability to maintain required records to comply with rules and regulations and needs of CRMC.  Must possess knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.  Must possess ability to work well under pressure, to function independently and dependently, and to be flexible in applying knowledge to a variety of situations Demonstrates personal traits of a high level of motivation, team orientation, professionalism and trustworthiness.  Places a high value on treating others with dignity and respect.

Description:

This position is responsible for staffing CRMC industrial health fairs. In this role the employee will assist with set-up of health fairs, registration, and performing vital signs/screenings when applicable.  In addition, the position will assist with traffic flow and customer service needs of the participants during the fair. Also, the employee may occasionally perform data entry of health fair results.  Other duties may be assigned by the director.

 

  1. EDUCATION:       High school diploma or equivalent is required. Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant preferred.

 

  1. EXPERIENCE: Pleasant personality and ability to work independently.  2 years CNA/CMA or doctors office experience preferred.  Phlebotomy experience/certification preferred. 

 

  1. SKILLS: Problem resolution, continuous quality improvement, quality assurance, and data result documentation.  Proficiency in applying clerical principles, concepts, and techniques; in verbal & written communication that are central to the discipline. Clinical skills that are within the scope of practice for the CMA/CAN.
