The Chief Clinical/Nurse Officer will be responsible for planning, developing, organizing, directing and evaluating the overall operations of Nursing Services, Diabetes Center, Central Sterile, Physical Therapy, Clinical Informatics and Home Health. Ensures and leads compliance with patient care quality, safety and patient satisfaction. In addition, the successful candidate will assist in formulating the budget and maintain an efficient and effective departmental operations. Responsible for compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations, laws, standards, and protocols. Oversees policies and procedures for nursing and patient care services. Participates with the governing body, executive leadership and other management and medical staff in the facility’s strategic plan and decision making.
Candidates must possess a B.S. Degree in Nursing, a Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field, and be licensed in Tennessee. Requires a minimum of five (5) years’ experience as Chief Clinical/Nurse or clinical nurse management.
